Grimaldi's pizza

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria has opened its first-ever ghost kitchen in Scottsdale, through its partnership with Kitchen United, called Grimaldi’s Pizzeria To-Go.

Through its takeout and delivery-only operations, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria To-Go will make ordering the restaurant’s pizzas, calzones, salads, cheesecakes and seasonal items even easier through the virtual process. Guests can even walk in and place an order at the kiosks.

Despite the turbulence the restaurant industry faced in 2020, Grimaldi’s says it aims to provide innovative solutions and user-friendly technology for its customers with the launch of its first satellite kitchen and more to come.

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria To-Go is located on the southwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard inside Kitchen United MIX.

Kitchen United MIX, which opened in December 2019, is a facility that houses 14 restaurant brands and provides individual commercial kitchen equipment and spaces. The concept allows restaurant operators to focus solely on the food, while Kitchen United takes care of the rest, including marketing, technology and more.
