Spring officially begins March 20, but Hula’s Modern Tiki is already serving up some serious springtime vacation vibes.
To get the party started, the restaurant recently introduced four new Tiki Mocktails ($7) featuring all the beachy fun, minus the booze. The menu includes Orgeat Lemonade (lemon, orgeat, soda water); Captain’s Colada (coconut cream, allspice falernum syrup, pineapple juice); Castaway Cooler (OJ, pineapple, pomegranate syrup, ginger ale); and Hula Juice (passion fruit syrup, OJ, pineapple, cranberry juice)
Or cool off with Hula’s Cold Brew Kona Coffee, imported from Hawaii and hand-brewed just for Hula’s by the experts at Hava Java in Phoenix.
The team is also offering a new, improved selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-conscious options, including plant-based Impossible Burgers and Gardein Chick’n Breasts, in addition to new vegan versions of the signature Hula’s sauce and Hula’s Spicy Sauce.
Diners can enjoy spacious indoor-outdoor dining rooms and patios, and for anyone looking to quarantiki at home, Hula’s Modern Tiki also offers its entire menu of from-scratch island-style eats to-go.
