On Saturday November 14, the Town of Paradise Valley will sponsor its fifth annual vintage car show. The show opens for public viewing of the cars at 8:30am at the Town Hall complex. The 120 show cars will crank up their engines at 11:30am and take a police led tour of the Town ending at Lon’s Restaurant at the Hermosa Inn. Collect the kids, grandkids, friends and neighbors and sit along the parade route to see renowned “Family Circus” creator Bill Keane, honorary parade Grand Marshall, and some really nice vintage automobiles motor by. All cars will be pre-1975 and will include vintage European and American Sports cars, 50s chrome beauties, Muscle cars from the 1960s, Classics from the pre-war period, and there is always a great selection of Hot Rods.
This year, the committee has elected to donate all proceeds and contributions from the show to the Arizona Veterans’ Relief Fund (azdvs.gov/mfrf.htm) and Arizonans helping Veteran Arizonans.
