Estate House

Every Tuesday night Estate House executes the Perfect 10. Tuesday nights are “Give Back Tuesdays” where 10 percent of each guest’s dining bill will be automatically donated to a variety of Valley charities. Local non-profit organizations have partnered with Estate House and the program will run over 10 months, from February to November. The charitable organizations and the scheduled months for 2010 are:

Take A Lesson From A Pro

Get a behind-the-scenes look at one of the Valley’s dining destinations with a cooking demonstration and three-course meal by Sassi Executive Chef Peter DeRuvo.

The interactive cooking class is from 2-4pm and costs $55 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
Featuring the regional cuisine of Basilicata, the March 14 event menu will include a first course of cavatelli pasta with turnips and ricotta salata; a main course of lamb shank with Mascarpone, polenta and local greens; and a dessert of blood orange sorbetti.

Guests will experience three courses with a glass of Italian wine and a welcome pour of Prosecco, along with the opportunity to learn one-on-one from Chef DeRuvo.
Space is limited for an intimate cooking experience.
